  Chris was amazing, it was my first appointment with my little rabbit and he was thorough, understanding and reassuring. He was friendly and talked me through everything. If you are looking for a local welcoming vets, I would definitely recommend.

  Very grateful for a prompt review of my dog who I thought was acutely unwell. The team reviewed my dog in a prompt and calm manner.Following a robust follow up and check, the review concluded a less serious complication. However had my dog been at risk of a time critical response I am confident with the skilled attention and review he received a positive outcome would have occurred. Very grateful to the team for their due care and diligence! Highly recommend this veterinary service, thank you!

  I have been a customer of Pennards for about six years, throughout that time I have always felt supported and well advised by both vets, nurses and reception staff. Unfortunately I had to have my beloved 14 year old frenchie pts 4am Christmas Eve, we chose Pennards because they have their own out of hours, the comfort of not having to go to some random vets practice is important to me. A new era begins with a new puppy, despite the fact I have had several dogs, the information I have been given is very welcome, ideas and practices change. I have chosen Pennards to help and support this new friendship.

  Our new puppy’s first visit to vets for vaccination and health check. He was so relaxed he fell asleep on the table!! A great first experience for him-lets hope it’s repeated on his second visit…

  Rang at 5pm yesterday because Barney had snagged one of his jew claws and was in pain. Was given an appointment for 5.30pm. Saw Vet Dirk Brink who set about whipping Barney's offending jew claw out cleanly before any of us knew what has happening. Barney as right as rain again in two minutes flat. So amazing - you just cannot beat experience and expertise! Worth every penny! Recommended.
