  We made the heartbreaking decision to have our 15 year old dog put down, and were told they were too busy to see us as it’s not an emergency. No empathy and no understanding for our situation. We have 3 dogs registered with them and it’s making me question whether I move them to a more compassionate practice

  A Massive Thank You to Paul Jarman Vets – Feltwell 🐾💛 I just want to give a huge thankyou to the amazing team at Paul Jarman Veterinary Practice in Feltwell. After I was bitten by an adder in Thetford Forest and taken to hospital, they kindly took in my dog Ruby, gave her a full check over, and kept her safe and calm until someone could come and collect her. In what was a really scary and unexpected situation, their care, kindness, and professionalism meant the world. I’m so grateful for everything they did. Thank you again — you're absolute stars🌟

  Been going here for years, honestly a lovely place to take my pets, the reception staff are always friendly and make a fuss of my dogs. Jeremy the vet is outstanding, he really does have good advice and your best interest at heart when it comes down to your pets, I will continue to come here as long as Jeremy is here ☺️ I also use their vet plan each month which is cheaper than vets4pets, so even better! Would not trust anyone else now with my dogs! Thank you team 😊

  Fantastic vet. Our dog Roxy 14 years old became seriously unwell. Roxy was everything to us. We had to make that terrible decision that we all dread. I loved the fact he was straight to the point with clear facts about the situation making it easy for us to understand our options. They showed great compassion and were so good with Roxy and us. We have had other treatment in the past here and I highly recommend their services. Thank you for everything you did for our beautiful Roxy.
