Ross is an exceptional vet. His experience is evident and his calm, sensible approach to healing is really appreciated. Having been with an independent vet practice for many years, which was then sold to a corporation, I've experienced how good vets can be and how bad they can be too! At Patch and Purr, you can see the wellbeing of the animal is put before profit, and having seen how other vets behave, that alone is worth a switch. I was so happy to find an independent vet who has the kind of ethos my previous independent vets did. It's worth the hour's drive it takes me to get to them, even with the increased visits lately. Thank you Ross and team, Magneto appreciates all the care he's had with gentleness and consideration.

My dog recently managed to swallow a chew and get it stuck. She was seen and operated on no more that 45 mins after swallowing it. Ross and his team saw me immediately on arrival and were very kind, caring and very professional throughout. My dog came home happy like nothing had happened! I can’t recommend them enough.

Patch & Purr were recommended to us via Facebook - as we were looking to have some of our Dogs teeth removed. Ross was amazing providing support prior to the removal and follow up appointments to check on our dog. With a fixed price and costings that were affordable (especially with the rising costs of Vet fees) - an overall amazing service and have been recommending to all our friends and anyone we see walking a dog locally. Lovely staff and very clean offices and thank you for fitting us in at short notice - amazing, amazing, amazing!!!

Ross was incredibly kind and he took the time with us no rushing at all. They explained each medication thoroughly, including the reasons behind it, which really put me at ease. They were also genuinely pleased with my dog’s appearance and overall health. The staff were wonderfully friendly and made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. Pleased I transferred to patch and purr vets. Highly recommended.
