Excellent service from all the team. Racheal was my boys vet and she was extremely patient, caring, knowledgeable. My boy is 18 year old cat and clearly she was the best vet he has had in 18 years.

Really lovely experience at Parkside Vets. I found the surgery staff friendly, welcoming and professional. I registered on the phone and got an appointment without trouble. We have two gerbils who needed a check up. Shout out to Roisin, who was really excellent with our boys. Not only was she very gentle and thorough with her assessments of them, she gave me lots of good advice and what to look out for if worried in the future. I feel I can trust this practice and wouldn't hesitate to bring our gerbs here if they needed treatment in the future.

I called as a new patient and was registered straightaway and offered an appointment the same day. The Vet I saw was really nice and took really good care of my nervous cat. I cost of the treatment was really good compared to previous vets I used in another area. Would definitely recommend to others.

Switched from another vets after having spoken to more than 10 dog walkers locally who all recommended this practice and I can only say it is miles ahead of my dogs previous veterinary practice. The way that the vet engages with my dog really is so very kind and compassionate and she clearly prioritises the patient and loves animals. The precious vet I had my dog registered with appeared to always want to do the highest ticket price option to treat my dog where here they want to do what’s least invasive and most suitable putting the pet first not profit. In the longterm of course this will result in a more stable business and of course happier pets and owners. Really like the monthly plan they do to and it’s great value. Cannot recommend highely enough and wish I’d registered here sooner.

The best vet in the world! All staff are so friendly and treat your animals as if they were their own. Receptionists are lovely and will do anything to help. I rescue cats and will only take them to Parkside. One of mine lived feral for 3 years before I rescued him, he even feels at ease going to the vet! All my cats know the vets and receptionists as auntie! Lilac, my eldest cat, loves auntie Nikki the most and has to have a cuddle with her! Also, when the time comes to say goodbye to your loved one, everyone is so respectful through such a traumatic time. I only ever recommend Parkside Vets now! Xx
