I have been a client for the last 27years with paragon vets Dalston. Through all of this time, the care, kindness, support and understanding by vets and nurses are impeccable. Having had some very trying times. I would recommend them and have done so many times.

We have been bringing our animals to paragon for almost a decade now and have been very happy with the service we have received. They have a separate small animal waiting room and part of their reception screened off with a cat waiting area. We were very happy to discover that they would look at our chickens. They do out of hours emergency appointments which we have unfortunately had to use a couple of times, generally they have been able to see us within about half an hour of calling. Recently we have seen Katrina for our cats. She has been brilliant in treating them. Unfortunately we had to put one of our cats to sleep recently, she was so professional and compassionate. We were thankful to get someone so understanding at such a difficult time.
