Best vets we’ve ever been to. Really compassionate; understanding; experienced professionals; students and additional staff. They are clearly passionate in giving your pet the best care and experience possible and put pets before profits. We’re on holiday and felt so lucky and blessed to have a good experience with the vets as needed . I know our nervous pooch was super grateful and took quickly to the vet despite needing some uncomfortable treatment (made as comfortable as possible). We can’t thank you enough and would happily return if needed and in the area in future. Highly recommend!

Forever grateful to the team at Old Stone Vets… our rescue cat, Batman is very much a character and over the last few years the ladies (and gents) have dealt with his annual shave/de matts, a dental, routine jabs, and even the loss of the use of his back legs last year. We truly believe that any other vet would have given up and not thought ‘outside the box’ - Rachel’s (and her teams, it’s unfair just to name one person as they’re all great at what they do) expertise is unmatchable in our opinion and we trust her fully to do right for our lad. Because of her knowledge, Batman has regained the use of his back legs with medication and jumps about the place nowadays like nothing ever happened. Claire was also brilliant during these multiple visits for checkups and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Most recently (and currently), Batman has ingested a piece of plastic and the care he has received once again in more of an emergency situation this time round has been top notch (special thanks to Michelle also for helping late in the evening)… no matter what the situation there is never any judgement as they really have seen it all before. We’ve never felt so safe in the hands of any other vets before - Batman really does get the best care there is here, and it is worth the travel for us to make sure he is given the best chance at his second life with us. We are very lucky to have these guys 😊

Our go to vets. Still independent and it shows as it’s all about the pets and not corporate profit . Incredibly helpful and always give practical advice. We’ve had to use them for emergencies as well as routine items and they never let us down. Thanks Karl Rachel & the whole team.
