  Lovely and helpful receptionists, the vets and vet nurses are fantastic, always so kind and helpful. Neil has helped me so much with my horse Brian, his care and advice truly saved him from a bad Laminitis flare up. My dog Barney has recently had a cancerous lump taken out of him, he is a nervous dog and everyones looked after him so well and made sure he is happy and that I have understood everything that's happening and all my options moving forwards with his care. 5* care every time.

  Julie, the practise manager, has been incredibly rude in my experience. No compassion for me caring for a pet with serious ongoing medical issues relying on life prolonging medication. Although they’re happy to collect an admin fee for submitting claims they are not happy to collect payment from the insurance directly and constantly invoice for fees that have already been paid which is very confusing. I would not recommend for anyone going through an already difficult time with their pet. The vets theirselves are fantastic, the reception staff and management leave a lot to be desired.

  Fantastic experience each time we’ve been in for the last year with our two dogs. Attentive reception staff, lots of parking, reasonable pricing, and friendly knowledgeable vets and technicians. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone regardless of pet - they’re very good here.
