  I love veterinary vision , all the staff are lovely , been so good to me over the years , the pugs love Chris Dixon he’s the best ! Saved there eyes , and Gary has as well , but we’ve known Chris the longest he reassured me , credit to him , they are so kind & genuinely care about us all . Ps I want Milo & Stella’s pictures up my little eye clinic mascots , they love coming to see yas all . Thanks 🙏 for everything it’s an amazing place .

  This place is amazing! Fantastic friendly staff, all welcoming and helpful. We brought our French Bulldog Esther here for an op on her eye, she had a serious ulcer that was very deep and it was touch and go she would lose it. We had a long journey and a couple of follow ups but we are so glad we came here as our dog is on the mend. They have been so professional and we are in awe at their care and after care especially Chris who did the operation, Evdokia and Gary did the follow ups. The veterinary nurses and receptionists were all so friendly too. If you want the best in their profession then this is the place to come. Thank you all for what you have done for Esther, she's not the best patient but you all managed her with patience and understanding. It's a long road but she's doing so well 🧡 we can't thank you enough

  I felt my pet was cared for very well and that things were explained to me in an easy to follow way. The down fall was that following my pets surgery at the end of the day, I was left in the waiting room for over an hour before someone came and spoke to me and then I was left again for almost another hour before being talked to again and my pet discharged.

  I had a great stay at North Lakes Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The food is great, and the North Lakes Hotel offers excellent value and a pleasurable experience. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

  Our beautiful English springer spaniel Hamish has been a patient of Richard’s at veterinary vision since he was 12 weeks old and diagnosed with multiple ocular defects. Hamish will be 4 on the 1st December, due to his condition, his left eye needed to be removed at 5 months, the skills and knowledge of Richard and the veterinary vision team are second to none, as is the care, compassion and kindness they have shown to Hamish and ourselves at every single contact. Hamish’s most recent surgery was last week, where Richard operated on Hamish’s remaining eye to remove a cataract that had left him none visual and fit a prosthetic lens. Hamish is in the early stages of recovery but we are confident he has some vision restored and hopefully this will improve as the days go on. We are due in for a review with Richard in 4 days and I know we will be greeted with the same outstanding service we always are, from the whole team. I hope the whole veterinary vision team are extremely proud of the work they do. I’ve attached some photos of Hamish’s journey so far … the most recent is him currently with his cone on and his eye is brown again after the successful removal of his cataract … Thank you Richard and the veterinary vision team
