All friendly and professional staff. Our injured dog was immediately cared for. Absolutely first class team.
Read on Google →I felt my pet was cared for very well and that things were explained to me in an easy to follow way. The down fall was that following my pets surgery at the end of the day, I was left in the waiting room for over an hour before someone came and spoke to me and then I was left again for almost another hour before being talked to again and my pet discharged.

Staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The food is great, and the North Lakes Hotel offers excellent value and a pleasurable experience. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
Read on Google →Our 13 yr old greyhound Basil was referred here for cataract surgery, the surgery was not straightforward but they did a great job and Basil now has his sight back. All the way through everything was explained fully to us and we truly felt Basil was in the best place. He was well looked after and the whole team were helpful and friendly. A well deserved 5 stars for the Veterinary Vision team
Read on Google →Our beautiful English springer spaniel Hamish has been a patient of Richard’s at veterinary vision since he was 12 weeks old and diagnosed with multiple ocular defects. Hamish will be 4 on the 1st December, due to his condition, his left eye needed to be removed at 5 months, the skills and knowledge of Richard and the veterinary vision team are second to none, as is the care, compassion and kindness they have shown to Hamish and ourselves at every single contact. Hamish’s most recent surgery was last week, where Richard operated on Hamish’s remaining eye to remove a cataract that had left him none visual and fit a prosthetic lens. Hamish is in the early stages of recovery but we are confident he has some vision restored and hopefully this will improve as the days go on. We are due in for a review with Richard in 4 days and I know we will be greeted with the same outstanding service we always are, from the whole team. I hope the whole veterinary vision team are extremely proud of the work they do. I’ve attached some photos of Hamish’s journey so far … the most recent is him currently with his cone on and his eye is brown again after the successful removal of his cataract … Thank you Richard and the veterinary vision team
