The practice also offers a Very Important Pet Club for preventative healthcare, which includes year-round parasite treatment, annual boosters, discounts, and health checks.

  I'd like to say a massive thank you to the team at Northwich vets, they have looked after our dog, Rufus so well for the last year and a half, the team were always very approachable, empathetic and very professional. There was times where they questioned how they proceeded with further treatment whether a dog his age could cope with anesthesia, and made sure to run tests and play safe, told us to wait rather then take risks until necessary rather then simply take the money for an expensive dental procedure. Absolute professionalism and full care from start to finish. They kept our boy happy and comfortable, and looked after us in the meantime too.

  I'm very happy with the care my rabbits received. The staff are all very friendly and I felt that Caroline went out of her way to ensure that Sophie (the rabbit) got the right treatment.

  Seen at short notice by Patrick today, he took a long time reading through my dogs history and explained everything in detail and even gave me written instructions as to how and when to administer the various medications, tbf all the staff I have seen previously have been very good also

  Tyson our tiny Chihuahua cross came in for surgery with Caroline yesterday. She is amazing! So professional and caring. He is recovering well. Ebony cared for him afterwards and went above and beyond to ensure that all of his needs were met. She is fantastic and very professional. All of the team are amazing and the girls on reception are so lovely. We have used this practice for over 11 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 star ⭐ service: All staff are 100% dedicated to ensuring that the welfare of every animal is met in a meticulous and efficient manner.
