  NorthStar VETS has been incredibly helpful and caring with our boy Fred. Dr. Christian and Jeanette are amazing and easy to communicate with, always working with me to schedule appointments that work best for Fred and I. All staff members at NorthStar are kind and attentive. I feel they truly have Fred's well-being at heart. NorthStar is clean and well managed. Fred visits NorthStar often to manage his glaucoma and never have we had a bad experience!

  I lost my sweet Piper...but am extremely thankful for the amazing staff. They helped me during an very hard week in my life. Kat continues to provide me with guidance and support during my grief process. Would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs help with their pet.   Grief delayed me in writing this, but NorthStar deserves to be recognized. I’m not a typical pet owner. I’ve worked in training facilities and rescue, and I know how demanding this field is. The compassion, skill, and emotional weight your team carries every day does not go unnoticed. From urgent care in Maple Shade to Neurology in Robbinsville, every department we encountered was exceptional. We came in expecting surgery for our dog Frehley, but instead had to say goodbye. Dr. Danel ( Neurology) and Dr. Pisano handled that devastating turn with incredible compassion and honesty. Because of their expertise and your advanced diagnostics, Frehley didn’t suffer, and we were able to give him a peaceful, dignified goodbye. Dr. Pisano made an immediate impression — calm, kind, and deeply present. Even Frehley, who was very selective, trusted them right away. Years ago, my husband also trusted NorthStar with a complex case and was given 10 extra years with his dog. That same level of dedication is still clearly here. We are forever grateful. I will recommend NorthStar to anyone who loves their animals like family.

  We cannot say enough about the incredible care our Quinton received at NorthStar Vets. Our boy became suddenly very sick overnight with vomiting and extreme lethargy. We rushed him in, and after running tests, the team recommended that we leave him for further evaluation. Within two days, we learned he needed emergency gallbladder removal surgery and developed pancreatitis. He spent six days in the ICU, and throughout that time, the staff was absolutely amazing. We received daily phone calls with detailed updates, and they even sent us pictures of him, which meant so much during such a stressful time. Every single person we encountered, from the doctors to the nurses to the front desk staff, was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about both our dog and our family. You can truly feel how much they care, and that made all the difference during such a difficult experience. The level of care, compassion, and communication we experienced was outstanding. They treated our dog like their own, and we always felt he was in the best hands possible. Now, two months later, he is almost completely back to normal. Quinton is a senior dog, and thanks to the team at NorthStar Vets, he will be celebrating his 14th birthday with us on April 27. They truly saved our boy, and we are forever grateful. ❤️

  O’Neill was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma on his right front wrist in October 2025. We saw the surgeon on a Thursday and she removed it that Friday. O’Neill did very well recovering from the surgery and proceeded to the AKC invitationals in Orlando in December. O’Neill did very well down there with no issue with his surgery. He came home to have a CTscan and the next week three sessions of targeted radiation. He received excellent care from all who cared for him from Vet techs to surgeons to radiologist to oncologist. After the last treatment we rang the bell on our way out. It has been only a positive experience with Northstar and their staff. Because we have Trupanion as our pet insurance, Northstar was in constant contact with them and they accepted direct payment from them, which made our decisions much easier. A special shout out to Techs Ashley and Jasmine for all the love he received from them. I could smell them on him when he would come home each night, they must have been loving up on him. Thank you🐾❤️
