A big thank you to Megan, Rachel, Talita, Mark, and all the wonderful nurses behind the scenes for going above and beyond for our 5-month-old pup this week. We've been in every day for his ear cleaner and drops to treat a nasty infection after spending hours trying to get them in at home. You've all been so patient and kind, and it's been lovely to see him so much more comfortable and relaxed over the last couple of days after being a very wriggly and resistant boy last week despite all the treats, belly rubs and fuss! I’m pleased to report that Newton Clark is still his favourite place ever (dogs & treats!!), and he's made some new besties along the way! What a wonderful team you are! ☺️ Thanks again Kirsty & Daniel (the Spaniel) 🤎

Fantastic veterinary practice who support the owners and provide the very best care to their patients. All the vets, nurses and support staff are lovely and you'll always get a warm welcome from reception. Their patients always recieve the very best care, with new treatments used where they are the best option for the patients. The practice does not overcharge and always helps with insurance claims, including providing a claims service to make it as easy as possible to ensure a successful claim. It very much has the feeling of a family practice, with expert care where needed and referrals made whenever needed to ensure all family members get the right care at the right time, to ensure the best possible outcome. I cant say enough good things about the practice, staff and facilities. Its brilliant and I recommend them to everyone.

We sadly had to have our dog put to sleep, very tough. The vet came to ours and provided lots of support, kindness and compassion as we couldn't control the tears. A few days later, expecting the bill, we got a card from the vet practice expressing their heartfelt sympathies. The bill will of course come but it is a small gesture which shows great care and thoughtfulness.

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. They were so great yesterday when we had to take our boy in after eating things he shouldn't but he got lots of cuddles from the nurse and that made him feel so much better
