  Absolutely can't fault the fantastic service my daughter and I recently received when our dog Lexi took poorly. They tried their very best to help her but alas she was in an awful lot of pain and discomfort. She was an old girl but we absolutely adored her. We couldn't watch her suffer anymore and made the extremely difficult decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge. We thank you for making her as comfortable as possible during her stay and thank you for letting us have our final moments with her in the best way possible. We are broken hearted, but we know we made the best decision for Lexi 😪💔

  Woman on phone rude and dismissive. Trying to get a cat emergency help and she wasnt having it. I understand if you cannot help. But there is no need to be so huffy and arrogant especially when owners may be in a stressful situation. I understand its a stressful job, but dont DO IT if you cant handle it! Not happy. I will find help for a cat somewhere where theyre HAPPY to help. Update: luckily cat passed what she had swallowed on her own.

  Anne Coleman centre PDSA in Newcastle is a fantastic charity. Donations always welcome for their wonderful service. I have 6 cats, 3 are rescued cats ; my furr babies. I can't fault this PDSA.
