Finn and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting MSK Vets for a gait analysis as well as meeting Adam and Arianna. Having dealt with a significant orthopedic condition with my previous Labrador I wanted to ensure that I was being as proactive as possible to pick up on any future issues especially as Finn works hard at Canicross and Gun Dog Training but also plays hard. I had heard of MSK vets through some of my previous experiences and was keen to visit. The referral process via my first opinion vet was straight forward and the timing of the appointment was made to allow my drive up from Kent. I couldn't have asked for more, the team were great and each stage of the assessment was thorough. The information from the gait treadmill just provides an additional layer to the observational and clinical exam. It is fascinating. I now have a clear baseline for future monitoring and for now I can be reassured that Finn can keep doing what he loves 🐾

Our local vets referred our ESS to MSK to analyse and report on Dennis' ongoing Lameness. Adam was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and what all the technology findings meant, whilst working to Dennis' pace and comfort, nothing was rushed. The final report we recieved was extremely thorough and clearly set out a course of action moving forward. Whilst we had to travel 90 mins each way, it was totally worth it. Highly recommended !

Easy to see why they have 5* reviews, really easy to use, vet Drew and nurse Kelly were superb with me and more importantly my yorkie Duke. Super detailed gait analysis for a lame dog, hip and knee issue. all explained very well, scan done, only what was good for Duke was completed (a refreshing change from some vets these days who seem intent of charging for everything and the kitchen sink , needed or not). very reasonably priced as well. 100% recommend them.

Well where to start with this review. We have an 8 year rescue old springer spaniel called Billy, he adopted us when he was 18 months old. Hes the most amazing dog but has had a lot of health issues, some we were aware such as being born with wonky front legs (queen anne), he's been suffering with his arthritis in his front legs a lot more recently and was already doing a regime of laser therapy/physio/hydro and pain relief. We did some research and came across MSK and asked our local Vet to refer him to them for an assesment to see what else we could do for him. We arrived to the warmest welcome from Kelly (it was a three hour drive to get to MSK), everyone put us at ease and its a lovely friendly feeling practice as soon as you walk in. The whole team joined in to get Billy through his treadmill session and were so patient with him as he gets really anxious. At the end of the assesment we had a really good chat with Drew, and thats what it was, a very down to earth conversation with everything explained very clearly. We made a plan to return and have the hydrogel injections. Fast forward a few weeks and a very early start to get there for 09:15 and again what a welcome. Everyone new about Billy being an anxious dog, from Kelly to the cleaning staff all making a fuss of him, not using hoovers etc, they were just so aware and caring. The procedure was over and done with in a couple of hours, another very down to earth conversation with Drew and a very happy Billy when he was brought back through. Now now its just a wait and hope it helps his arthritis. Sorry for the long review but we think its worth sharing how good our experience has been from the first phonecall to the after care call.

Exceptional Care and Professionalism at Nupsala Our vet referred Hawkins to Nupsala for a possible mild hip dysplasia assessment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in a polite and professional manner, immediately putting us at ease. The team offered refreshments, and most importantly, they made sure Hawkins felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed right away. The entire experience was incredibly informative. We were well-advised at every stage, with clear explanations of what was happening throughout. The team’s knowledge, care, and attention to detail truly stood out. We greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nupsala to others. Becks & Hawkins
