If you’re looking for a team of vets who will treat your dog as their own then please look no further. Since our first visit we were greeted warmly and professionally. We personally take advantage of waiting in the car until it’s our turn to come in to avoid any unnecessary excitement/drama 🙌🏽 Dr Shaun and Dr Stefaan in particular went above and beyond without offering or charging for anything unnecessary. I truly believe my dog is in safe hands should anything happen (and we already have a couple of visits to prove it!) Thank you to everyone at the Braintree Clinic

What an OUTSTANDING vets. The level of care is really not something I have ever come across. The whole team have gone above and beyond with such care and empathy. A big thank you to Mel on reception for being genuinely concerned and getting the most amazing care for my Ralph so efficiently. Emma for giving the best advice. The amazing Lindsey for performing the operation and doing such a fantastic job. I recommend Millennium to anyone.

I am owned by a feisty Bengal, Milly Mae, who absolutely hates vet visits. The staff were absolutely fabulous with her and stayed calm when she made it known she was not a happy bunny. The vet was also brilliant with Mr Shy Boy Hugo who is a bit of a scaredy cat but is totally harmless and he let the vet check him over. All of the staff are absolute stars.

My rottie starting pooping lots of blood and the vets fitted her straight in on a Saturday. A vet called Tina took her time with my nervous rottie and went through food intolerances. We got some meds and shes back to herself within 24 hours. Im so grateful for the quick appt and not over charging for weekend/emergency fees. I absolutely love this vet, so much so its an hour drive. Thank you again for looking after my fur baby.

As always we were treated with care and respect by all staff. Brian responded to Oh BrianStefan’s gentle manner and was happy to be picked up and examined by him. For some years he was nervous and crying when he had to visit Millenium Vets but Stefaan has always been patient with him and Brian is obviously very fond of him. Brian was a nervous wreck when he came to us ten years ago as a result of the cruelty he experienced in his earlier life. He was painfully thin and had no whiskers. It took a great deal of caring attention for him to gradually gain confidence. Fortunately we were recently retired so were able to be with him for much of the day. Our adult family fell in love with him and gave him positive, loving attention so, gradually, he became calm and content. He is now a very active and adventurous cat, climbing the trees outside our house, exploring the wild area and our neighbours’ gardens and houses from time to time. This gives him a good appetite of course! For the first few years Brian avoided men like the plague apart from my husband. He had to go to the vet a few days ago and the vet commented on his excellent physical and characteristic condition. We love him dearly and he clearly knows that. He usually sleeps snuggled up to me.
