  UPDATE: After escalating Hiccups incident to @vets4pets complaint team they have told me that the vets did everything they could with the urine sample they got, they couldn’t take into account the amount of pain I was saying he was in cos there was no actual proof so even though he was in far to much pain for it to be a Simple UTI that doesn’t matter cos the urine test showed an infection so that matched a UTI. I don’t know what else to do, hiccup died cos the vets didn’t listen and didnt do there job properly and the company is just defending them. They need shutting down before they kill more pets!! RIP MY BABY, I’m sorry hiccup I am really trying to fight so your pain and voice is finally heard. We miss you millions VETS4PETS KILLED MY ONE YEAR OLD PUPPY BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T LISTEN TO US! PEOPLE HAVE ASKED WHAT HAPPENED SO Full story below….. I would not recommend this vets to anyone, we took out a yearly plan we thought he would be well cared for and looked after. On the 27th April our boy was shaking and screaming out in pain so we of course booked a consultation we were told by a female vet his bladder is swollen he is that age it’s probably hormonal and a female dog will be in heat near by. But if we want we could do a urine sample as we didn’t feel he was in this much pain purely because he was feeling fruity we said yes to the test. After been up for two night with him in pain and him looking like he was deteriorating we Took him back on the 29th with the urine sample and waiting for the first appointment they had we told the male vet what was happening and said we feel like he is dying! After checking the sample he told us he had a UTI but nothing to worry about, gave us antibiotics and told us to allow time for the medication to work. To us a UTI didn’t explain the amount of pain he was in it didn’t match what we were saying but our mistake was we trusted the vet! We left it a day to allow time for meds as we were told, but on the 1st of May our boy deteriorated rapidly around 4pm he started being sick and snapping when we went near him we rushed him back to the vets as an emergency we had to drive 16ish minutes and he didn’t even make it there! HICCUP DIED IN MY ARMS on the way to Vets4Pets Middlesbrough Cleveland Park He was just one year old not even full grown, his yearly plan hadn’t even ended! Due to both the vets did not listen to us and not taking what we were saying seriously they did not do enough to save our boy. Vet 4 Pets did a report on what happened which took over a month and have told us we should have brought him Back earlier, they have not took any responsibility for their actions or lack of! They lied multiple times in the report the one that upset us most was when they said we said he was in slight discomfort, We are taking this further I will not settle knowing they killed by boy and won’t take responsibility meaning they will do it again to someone else! But I’m not sure one voice is going to make a difference Since posting our story we have had multiply people come forward with similar stories or other horror story’s about vets4pets WE ARE OUR PETS VOICES STAND TOGETHER, SPREAD THE WORD THIS COMPANY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS, THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY, LETS NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE FEEL THE PAIN WE ARE HAVING TO IF YOU HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE LET PEOPLE KNOW WRITE REVIEWS PLEASE I BEG YOU IF YOU USE Vet4pet CHANGE NOW!!!!   Phoned for emergency appointment was seen on time the vet that we seen was friendly and gave my dog a thorough examination he was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease he explained everything he was doing which I was thankful for This practice offers an exceptional service WELL DONE GUYS

  Don't realky know why i ended up thonking that buying a pet plan was good. They use any excuse to use up your alloted consultations. Not going to add any more information as I'm quite annoyed at the whole situatio .

  Been meaning to leave a review for a while for this practice. We cannot thank them enough for the kindness they have shown to both ourselves and our late bunnies (Ben & Jerry) over the years. Following a recommendation from our previous vet, we joined this practice as one of our bunnies was suffering recurring health issues and we were advised to seek out a vet with experience in exotic animals. From our initial appointment with Andy, it was clear we had made the right decision and found his knowledge of rabbit medicine second to none. Over the years we entrusted Andy and Sophie to carry out various anaesthetic and surgical procedures on our bunnies (we wouldn't have trusted anyone else) and they always recovered well after. Both Andy and Sophie always made an appointment available for us if we had any concerns about our bunnies and when they weren't available we received the same high standard of care from Lindsay, who was wonderful at putting our very nervous bunny Jerry at ease. From the genuinely caring reception staff to the vets themselves, we are in no doubt that the care and expertise at this practice enabled our bunnies to have a great quality of life into their twilight years and we are forever grateful to them.

  Our pride and joy, was poorly for a couple of days and we knew that he needed to see a vet. We called and arrangedfor an Emergency appointment for lunchtime. We received a phone call and obtained an earlier appointment, at relatively short notice. 👌 The vet was amazing and listened to our concerns and laid them to rest, almost immediately. She was very dilligent, attentive and caring to the super doogle, throughout, apart from the 💉 which is completely unavoidable. They both made friends again, soon after. She provided very good advice and gave us options. Fond farewells until next time. 🧏‍♂️🐕‍🦺👋👋🐾 The receptionist is very professional and knowledgeable and also provided very clear instructions and support.🤰 All the saff on the day were lovely.💖 All round, a very good experience and a very bouncy doogle on departure. 💫✨️🌟🤩
