  We are in holiday in StIves and we found an injured seagull chick that appeared to have fallen from a rooftop nest. We looked for a parent seagull nearby but there was none. We contacted the RSPCA who advised us to contact a local vet. We were told to bring the chick into them. We were greeted promptly and the lady reassured us that they would give chick some pain relief and then possibly transfer it to a bird rescue. They seemed like a truly caring practice and if I lived locally, I would certainly take my two cats there. Thank you for giving this little chick a chance!

  I brought my cat, Billeebob, in for his nail clip and to collect his worm and flea treatment. Every member of staff was exemplary — kind, considerate, patient, and genuinely caring.   Can’t rate this place highly enough. Best experience with any vet in 20yrs of pets. I had to bring my boy in with zero notice due to an unfortunate raisin-related issue (my fault) and the level of care, attention and patience from every single member of staff made it all so much easier. They definitely all went above and beyond, and were quick to reassure me that I’m not a neglectful or generally terrible owner. Hopefully won’t need them again in future but if we do, I’ll feel 100% confident that we’re in safe hands. Thank you again to the whole team - Baxter is absolutely fine and enjoyed being spoilt and fussed despite the circumstances! (Also my wife has forgiven me for the reckless scone leftovers…).

  Was on holiday and my little JR not well at all. Got in on the same day I telephoned. Receptionist was lovely and vet really helpful. I felt reassured and my dog improved quickly on the medication given. Five stars
