  Very helpful and friendly. We were on holiday and needed help with our dog who hurt his leg. No problem registering and getting the help and advice needed. It was easy to get to and all the staff were lovely.

  On holiday in st ives and our dog was taken poorly. He was seen really quickly. He needed an op which was carried out the same day. We cannot praise the service we have had from this practice enough, they are amazing. Eleanor the vet and all her staff were so kind they went above and beyond.

  Can’t rate this place highly enough. Best experience with any vet in 20yrs of pets. I had to bring my boy in with zero notice due to an unfortunate raisin-related issue (my fault) and the level of care, attention and patience from every single member of staff made it all so much easier. They definitely all went above and beyond, and were quick to reassure me that I’m not a neglectful or generally terrible owner. Hopefully won’t need them again in future but if we do, I’ll feel 100% confident that we’re in safe hands. Thank you again to the whole team - Baxter is absolutely fine and enjoyed being spoilt and fussed despite the circumstances! (Also my wife has forgiven me for the reckless scone leftovers…).

  Was on holiday and my little JR not well at all. Got in on the same day I telephoned. Receptionist was lovely and vet really helpful. I felt reassured and my dog improved quickly on the medication given. Five stars
