  I have been taking my 2 dogs to Hayle vets for many years now and I really couldnt think of a better Vets than here. As soon as you enter you get a lovely welcome from the reception girls. The Vets that look after my dogs (Annie & Gemma) are fantastic and know them extremely well now as we have had many visits, and each time they are brilliant with them. I really couldnt recommend this practice enough. 5* from me.

  My dog was unwell whilst we were on holiday in the area. Hayle Vets was recommended by a local lady. Annie the vet and her receptionists were great. Not only staying open on a Saturday whilst waiting for us to arrive, but then treated our dog effectively and with great kindness. I wish that this practice was local to us!

  We have been with Hayle Vets since moving here in 2013 and we have always had a fantastic experience, across all animals (dogs first, now cats). The waiting area has separate areas for cats and dogs. Dogs love to travel, cats usually don’t, so in the cat area there is a calming diffuser and thin fabric scarves sprayed with feliway that you can put over the cat carriers in their little cubbys if you need to. Reception staff are incredibly friendly and engaging with the animals. Very knowledgeable too. We met Catriona (vet) for the first time yesterday and we were very impressed. She was great with our (as it turns out quite overweight) cats and gave us realistic advice regarding their diet. There was no hard sell with regards to flea and worming treatment and we left Hayle vets feeling very happy and very impressed. I would highly recommend Hayle Vets to anyone with pets and I wish this was available for humans, as it was overall very pleasant and not judgemental at all.

  The reception staff and vets are all so friendly and helpful. Appointments can be arranged for the same day of required and all options for treatment are discussed really clearly, making me feel as if I'm not being forced into buying unnecessary medication (which i have found at some other practices).

  I went to Hayle Veterinary Surgery for a second opinion for my dog they phoned me to tell me my dog had aggressive cancer they did a fantastic job to get it all out and she is now living her best life she as healed very well and is now back to acting like a puppy at 12 so pleased I went and the lady at the desk gave me advice about my bill fantastic vets fantastic team
