  We’ve been taking our cat Tyson to Medivet Pinner, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and patience the team has shown. Tyson is not the easiest cat to handle—he’s strong-willed, very sensitive to being touched, and has made past vet visits quite stressful. However, the staff at Medivet Pinner took the time to understand his temperament and handled him with calm confidence and real compassion. From the reception team to the vets and nurses, everyone was professional, gentle, and reassuring—not just with Tyson, but with us as well.
