  First time we had met the new vet Georgia. She was amazing. Made sure she reviewed our dogs notes before seeing us so she was fully aware of any issues. She treated our dog with love and kindness. She gave us several options for treatment and was extremely knowledgeable about his condition. Cannot recommend highly enough. The reception staff were also great and dealt with us swiftly and sympathetically. Great practice with amazing vets and yes they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

  From the moment you walk through the door, everyone at this veterinary practice makes you feel so welcome. The reception team are always warm, friendly, and incredibly polite, providing excellent customer service every time. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go out of their way to help. The Vets & Nurses are kind, caring, and friendly, making both pets and owners feel at ease. It’s reassuring to know my dog is in such compassionate and professional hands. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you to the whole team for the outstanding care and dedication you show every day!

  Cerys and Charlie were excellent at our cats 6 month review. They were professional, friendly and gave good informative answers to my queries. They explained everything and made it easy for me to understand. They both showed lots of attention to my cat who loved all the fuss. It’s always such a friendly welcome when we see Cerys who is an outstanding vet nurse.

  The team at Sutton farm are always helpful, they are great with my small animals (mice and hamster). They take such great care, and always polite and cheerful. I fully trust the team with my little ones. They always do an excellent job, and they did an exceptional job on one of my mice after she had an infection in her eye which resulted in surgery.

  I needed an urgent appointment for my Cockapoo. I was given one for early the following morning which was excellent. The vet, Emma, was very professional and explained what was happening to my dog. I was very happy with her advice.
