  I was recently referred to Medivet Godstone for my cat to have a heart scan and, having not been there before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the very first phone call, Kim was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and accommodating, which made the whole process feel so much easier. When I came in for my second appointment, again she couldn’t have been more helpful, and the rest of the team were just as friendly, polite, and caring. I also saw Azzurra, one of the vets, who was fantastic. She was very personable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood the situation fully. She really couldn’t have been more caring or accommodating. Overall, I had a really positive experience at Medivet Godstone and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Every team member I came across was helpful, professional and genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

  No words can express my gratitude to this amazing clinic. My cat had a life threatening condition and needed an urgent operation. Kim in reception was so pleasant, supportive and helpful. She did above and beyond to contain my anxiety and make me feel better. I met Dr Carlos who is a wonderful and very experienced doctor. He diagnosed the case of my cat and carried out the operation for her. He showed empathy, high level of professionalism and excellent care. I strongly recommend this clinic. These people deserve a big award for the care they provide ❤️

  I want to express my gratefulness to this clinic for such amazing pet care and customer service. They were very patient with our dog Bonnie and gave her all the care she needed including the little details. The previous clinic that we took our dog to told us to put her down, however when we transferred her to this veterinary clinic they treated her and said that she will be fine! Special thanks to the amazing staff, very nice and polite. The clinic also has reasonable pricing. I am very happy that I found this clinic. Thank you very much to everyone that cared for Bonnie, especially Dr John for giving her the right treatment and bringing the good news! It’s been nearly two weeks and Bonnie is already running around as if nothing has happened.
