Arrived for my dogs booked appointment, got sent a text reminder, found the vets closed. Had to arrange childcare and drive from Dover. Angry is an understatement.

The vet and receptionist were great with my dog who'd recently had surgery after an accident when we were away in Scotland. My dog was very nervous and was shaking, howling and barking. They were patient, understanding and professional dealing with his dressing change and post op appointment.
