I have been to Manor Vets twice this week for sudden different issues in my dog. I found the nurses, reception and both vets to all be understanding and sympathetic. The vets were thorough, explained everything and were clear about costs. It's true, vet visits are expensive but I am glad I chose Manor Vets to treat my dog. Thank you.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the care my dog gets here. All the staff are wonderful, never make you feel rushed on the phone or in person. The reception staff are just lovely, so welcoming, and the clinical staff are superb, so calm and capable. Highly recommended by my family.

We used this vets for 8 years. I was worried when starting as ours was a rescue dog and we thought this setting might be triggering for her. Fortunately the staff were so nice and supportive with her it took our worries away. She did get heightened from the stimulation but never scared or worried. In Covid she was happy to leave us in the car park and walked in with the vet without issue!!! We are fortunate that Whitney was in good health until the end so we didn’t need any big procedures but the regular checks and jabs were good value. At the end as problems developed they didn’t fear monger or push us into costly investigations. I found them to be very respectful in this time. I would like to thank all the staff for making us all feel so welcome and safe x
