Such wonderful staff. They really cared and looked after Tiggs when he was so poorly with Pancreatitis. Lorenzo was amazing with him and got him admitted immediately. All of the staff really cared for him at the Hospital when he stayed and I cannot thank them enough for the regular update phone calls I got.. Also the reception staff I cannot fault they were brilliant and Pat was so helpful with the insurance form. Such a fabulous place.

Fantastic service as always from the team. Lorenzo is an exceptional vet and the team who work with him really care about the animals they treat. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Looked after my puppy Monty with such care after getting grass seeds in paw and face. Would 100% recommend them.

On Friday, my spouse informed you that because of traffic, he might be able to bring my cat to the appointment 10 minutes late. My cat was sick and had an infection on her body due to an injury. However, they said they would not be able to examine my cat because of a delay of only 10–15 minutes. First of all, you need to understand that the cats, dogs, and other companions we care for are living beings. Refusing to examine a sick living creature because of a slight delay and telling us to make a new appointment for Monday is heartless. Because of you, my cat suffered in pain for three days, yet you only seem to care about appointment rules and the money you will receive. You need to remember that the most important issue here is the life of a living being.
