  Took my puppy for its first vaccination. The vet gave the pup a thorough examination before administering the vaccine. No hard sell on any products, just simple sound advice…..just how it should be! Costs were very reasonable compared to the practice I had used previously with my other pets. I would highly recommend this practice.

  After I rescued a stray cat covered in ticks, the team at Medivet were kind enough to remove all his ticks for free and only charged the cost of the flea and deworming treatment. As always the team at Medivet were EXCEPTIONAL and unlike many other vets genuinely care about the animals rather than there profits. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice. 5 stars all day long.

  Took my beautiful dog in today after having considerable issues with previous vets. Luna is a typical pug very excitable, I love her so much but she can be reactive, which can become worse in the vets. The vet really took care of her (and me) Luna was very scared to have her injection, she was squeeling, running away but the vet stayed so patient with her, she vaccinated Luna and got her kennel vaccine done too. I’m truly grateful for your professional, skilled and confident vet who really looked after us. We then went for a walk round the beautiful neighbourhood. The vet and the receptionist made a stressful experience feel not so stressful! Thank you soooooo much!!!!

  We visited Medivet Denham last week for my dog's six month check up. We saw Susie (Teddy's favourite) and her care and patience makes the visit less traumatic for him and happily, he had a clean bill of health

  Had to find a vet for Cat dental in October 2025 urgently that had on-site x-ray as our referral was way too slow (and expensive) so I called them because I knew they had this. They gave us appointment after my call within 3 (yeah three) workdays and we could have our teeth sorted. I spent the day there, the whole team were very nice and friendly and I got updates about the ops as it went on, this has put me at ease. Since then I booked a similar appointment for my other babe, she is a difficult case as she has anxiety (very high levels), again, I spent the day there and got a similarly lovely experience, also the people turning up with their pets were also very nice, and chatty, so it was a pleasant waiting. We had to go back to do some extra polishing recently due to some teeth-formation-uniqueness, now waiting for the healing to see if all our mouth-problems got sorted or not. The place is very clean and tidy. The shelf is restocked. Dr Suzy and Dr Selvy are both great human beings as well as great professionals, Alicia, Emma, Lauryn and the rest of the team (I am sorry if I didn't get all names right and also where I do not remember someone's name - you are all very lovely x) did a good job and were incredibly good listeners and always promptly tried to address our needs and asks - if it was a new appt or requesting history to be sent to other vet etc. Really warm and good experience. I felt the whole time they treated us well and all our questions and problems got discussed thoroughly. Thank you so much. While waiting, the only complaint I overheard was someone not getting their prescription right, the worm tablets were missing, but when they raised this on the spot with the staff, it got sorted, although they were still not happy that the prescriptions were for 3 months instead of 6, which is understandable. But these kinda prescription things happen with all vets so I would not blame these lovely people. They are very busy in general and now one practice (I think Wexham) in Slough has reopened the team is sort-of split between the two locations to try to deliver the great care they did in the past.
