This vet misdiagnosed my kittens mouth said she had cut her tounge and wanted to put her down! I recorded the whole consultation! MEDIVETS KILLS YOUR PETS FOR NO REASON! Trixy had ulcers on her tongue, very painful and you refused her painmeds and WANTED TO PUT HER DOWN!!! I have reported this to CPL, PDSA AND GOV. Com! I left your practice in a mess took Trixy straight to TINY PAWS IN ABERDARE! Who didnt just look at her! They offered her food which she refused and then fed her at the side of her mouth which she accepted! He then gave her pain meds straight away and said YOU DONT PUT A CAT DOWN FOR A CUT MOUTH OR A ULCERATED TOUNGE !!! Shame on you! And as I told your receptionist I recorded the whole thing. And she was happy for me to leave with the recording and photos . SO NO DONT USE THESE THERES AN AWESOME VETS NOT FAR, 50p more for a consultation! Save your pets and dump this vets!!!

First time to visit this practice and the staff were all very professional and very friendly We were not rushed, the vet listened carefully and was extremely knowledgeable She was concerned and was interested in establishing a connection with the dog before examining . Our dog has extreme anxiety and we have not been able to get the simplest things done at a previous practice which was very stressful. The vet was able to examine thoroughly and inject and express glands The vetinary nurses were excellent also We cannot fault the service at this practice .

Called Aberdare Medivet yesterday around 4oclock as my poor boy Cooper jumped a fence and caught the barbed wire and knew immediately it was bad and needed to be seen very quick. I called and they happily said being him straight down. As soon as i arrived they didnt make us wait and took him straight back to examine the wound and explain to me the options. And checked with the vet and other staff they were happy to stay on and cancel the remaining appointments they had to be able to treat him. Cooper was put under anaesthetic ready for treatment and to have his belly and penis stitched up and the veterinary staff were fabulous and kept checking i was ok while they operated on him they were so good and im so grateful there was such amazing staff on shift. Thank you from Anya & Cooper ❤️
