The staff at valued pets are very helpful, going over and above to fit us in, where other chain vets don’t. They are an independent vets, who value everyone’s custom, while caring about the animals and keeping cost down. Thank you for being so kind and helpful guys.

I had an amazing experience at Valued Pets with my Golden Retriever, Winnie. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with animals, and the atmosphere in the clinic is always calm and welcoming. I especially want to praise the veterinarian, who is not only highly professional but also empathetic, attentive to every detail, and truly dedicated to each furry patient. You can see the passion and respect they have for animals. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the best care for their pets!

The vet LULIAN spoke to my mother absolutely foul about her bulldog who is 10 years old. Judged her for buying Aldi/asda biscuits. Said that if you cant afford expensive food for your animals then you should not have them, my mother proceeded to tell the vet that her ex partner of 12 years left her with the dog and everything else in which this vets reply was “ YOU TELL ME THIS STORY ALL THE TIME, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO” excuse me… you’re meant to be understanding and compassionate in your field of work how DISGUSTING! My mother has looked after her the best she could with the money she’s got. That bulldog is my mother’s lifeline, she’s EXTREMELY well looked after and the utmost spoiled and loved in every way. This certain Vet seems to think that old aged dogs do not decline such as arthritis in which he blamed on the food she was buying. Is there a cure or prevention for arthritis for older aging dogs OR even humans!! It’s life when aging just like us humans. but his professionalism was truly truly disgusting. My mother was there for treatment for her ears and was met with unpleasant judgment and foul attitude. If you were thinking of going with this vet, think again you’ll get judged beyond measure. Shame on you valued pets. You don’t even deserve the one star I have to put for how degrading you were to my mother today in which left her in tears. So in conclusion my mother was degraded for her bulldog having bard ears and arthritis. 10 years old mind, all because of the BISCUTIS she feeds her.
