Very good if your pet is injured or unwell a vet will call you and talk to you on the phone (I've also emailed pics of injury) and if required see the pet that day for treatment at a much cheaper price than I've paid in the past. I've needed 2 on the day appts. I have this thing where I can email a vet thing through my insurance but that sounds like a lot of speaking to 20 different people then driving 90 miles to a vet they approve and paying a 10 grand excess

We went in with our cat in an emergency and the staff and vet were very friendly and honest. There was no pushing for expensive stuff and tests like we've had happen before at our last vets. Knowledgeable and caring. We've signed up our other pets.

My dog is very wary of vets after a bad experience but the staff here are fantastic and do what's best for the animal and to make it at ease. Their charges are not ridiculous and have been very happy (me and the dog) every time we have needed to visit!
