Really friendly and supportive staff. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs leading to less stress all round. Very good facilities and clean waiting rand treatment rooms

Such a caring practice. Phoned with problems with my cat, saw her within hrs. Looked after her well through to the end of her life (which unfortunately was in the same visit) . Talked through the whole procedure of what could/could not be done to help her. Nothing was too much for the staff involved.

Leanne is absolutely brilliant when caring for my rather sensitive Wirehaired Vizsla Monty . She does everything she can to make his visits as stress free as possible . She’s also great at reassuring me too . The reception staff are very welcoming. Overall a fantastic level of care 👍🏻🐕

I have always had excellent experiences with Leadon Vale Veterinary Centre. From reception staff, to nurses, to vets, everyone is genuinely concerned for you and for your pet. Staff listen, explain things clearly, and give options for available treatments or procedures. It is easy to speak to someone when phoning and no long queues when you make appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend. Photo of Teddy on being told he's visiting the vets - not sure that face is too happy about it! 😂

I've had some pretty rotten experiences with vets and returned to Leadon Vale this year. They didn't do anything for me to leave, but I was enticed by the reviews of other vets. I am so glad I returned. I've been about 3 times this year with various cat and dog ailments and they have impressed me so much. From being professional on the phone, to friendly and - my goodness - they are the most attentive vets and nurses when they see and treat my pets. I have a reactive Chihuahua and another vets asked me not to bring him when I was taking him along for my other dog's leg treatment (to get him used to the vets and not leave him at home alone). It was incredibly stressful. Imagine my delight when I apologised for his barking at Leadon Vale and the kind receptionist actually came over and fussed him! I also have a disability and they have been really kind with fetching a chair when I was tiring. They were swift to get my cat on oxygen when she was panting through stress, too. Their knowledge and care has been a valuable combination and I know I have found the vets for my little fur babies. They always listen to my questions and give me time to clarify everything. I have a lot of confidence in them and have no reservation in recommending them. I would encourage all locals and visitors to the area to register! I want to thank you all for not only making a difference to my pets, but to my day, too.
