  We attended Brookfield Vets this week as an emergency. This is not our usual vets due to moving home recently, but I called them in a panic as they were our closest vets and they without hesitation told me to come down with our very sick dog. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done due to the condition she was suffering with but they were the kindest, most supportive ladies in our time of utter heartbreak. The experience quickly shone through when they immediately diagnosed what they believed was happening and they all got to work so quickly to make her comfortable and make sure we could spend her last moments with her. I will forever be thankful to them for their compassion and giving us what we needed when I was quite frankly hysterical. Thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend you and to use you as our vets in the future when the time is right to be a dog Mum again.

  I would recommend Brookfield, the level of care and professionalism is superb. Both Chris and Charles have been excellent with care and knowledge for our dog with complex medical issues. We even received a phonecall the day after surgery from Jess to ask how our dog was doing. Thank you Brookfield!

  Our poor rescue girl had a big swelling on her eye that turned up overnight. Called at 10:30 and was in with the vet at 10:50. The vet we saw was incredible, he was so quick to numb the eye, check for foreign bodies and locate this grass seed to extract! The 2 vet nurses who assisted with the tweezers were absolutely amazing. Twyla is a rescue dog and can be nervous but even with 5 people in the room she seemed right at home and sat like a champ! We got prescribed 2 eye drops and told clearly how to use them, and booked in for 5 days time. All in all we were on the way home again by 11am. They are also incredibly reasonably priced. Reflective of the family owned business. Could not recommend this practice enough!
