Cannot recommend enough! Last week I saw Marco with my French bulldog and was so relieved to finally find a vet who genuinely cared about the animal and not lining their pocket. Marco was very open with treatment options and clearly had a lot of knowledge in his field. Great experience.

    • This is a business. We are forever being sent texts reminding us to book our dogs in for something or the other. No repeat prescription issued without paying for a consultation (ear drops, not actual meds!) Being bugged to get boosters my dog doesn't even need. Transactional experiences with vets. Not unkind, but cool and dismissive. Far better local options available!

Cinque Ports have lovely vets like Luca and also nurses and staff. They are kind, caring and I always feel my concerns are listened to and acted on, with good advice given. This review is left during lockdown which must be nightmarish to handle but it was done so with sensible and efficient measures that minimally impacted my animals. I always feel they are in entirely safe hands. I could not recommend them more highly. Updated June 2022 Still exactly the same, although Marco also needs to be named as a wonderful caring vet who has helped us deal with difficult diagnoses and decisions of late.

I have used Cinque Ports Vets on four occasions for my hamsters, Putin and Tommy. I am very grateful for the care they received. They lived longer and happier lives as a result. Tom is about to live beyond the generally recognised upper age limit for a Russian dwarf hamster 👏
