Excellent, personal service from our local independent vets. No unnecessary procedures (as experienced at some major chains) just friendly, helpful honest care. Highly recommended.

Ive been using Bay vets for over 20 years with various pets. They are always friendly and although its probably a little pricier than some other vets, you always get your moneys worth and more. The vet i took my cat to was really great. My cat is a wriggler and a scrapper, but the young man took it all in his stride. He gave me some great advice and before his boosters, gave my cat a thorough examination. I felt all my questions were answered and was highly satisfied with my visit.

Excellent care for both my dogs, sadly no longer with me. Good end of life care. I know many people are concerned about vets trying to fleece them, but I was given very clear information about what things would cost, and how much my dogs would or would not benefit, so I could make an informed decision.

Katie and the team are fantastic in my opinion. Mr Bear, our dog, always gets a warm welcome and the best of care, as did his mummy Ella

Have used Bay Vets since 2003 when we got our first dog. We now have 3 dogs. We, and the dogs, have always been treated with respect, friendliness, kindness and professionalism whenever we go and visit. I would not hesitate to recommend to all pet owners.
