Fantastic surgery! Brilliant staff and always very empathetic! The only difficulty I had was that the car park was full on a Friday around school pick up time, so probably best to allow yourself plenty of time to find a space or park somewhere else.

Colin, his team and the reception staff where great with me an my girl. Colin saved my girls life at the beginning of this week with a major surgery and aftercare she received, explained everything fully an in a way I could fully understand what was going on in her body . He identified the issue after previously being misdiagnosed at 2 other vet practices, and acted quickly resulting in my girl having the best chance she could at a full recovery. Explained everything he did, why he did so and his nurse sat and explained her aftercare in great detail, leaving nothing out . The receptionists where super friendly an very helpful. Thanks so much to all of you there your all our answer to prayer. She wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you an the great care she received ! I'm beyond greatful an so is our Queen Esther ! ❤️🥰 Thankyou 🙏

Thank you for the fur and paw prints from Peach prior to her cremation. It was a massive shock however the staff were amazing with us. They’ve always been great with peach - She’s been with them since she was a kitten.

My Spaniel Buzz broke his elbow and was ultimately treated at Bay Vets. My vet's main referral partner could not operate for 2-3 days, so I decided to call Bay vets as an alternative and they managed to get him in the very next day and with a saving of a third. Colin the surgeon was fantastic, explained the pre-op and post-op very well and it appears has done an excellent job with Buzz, he is already placing a little bit of weight on the impacted leg and the wound etc looks very tidy. Well done guys, it's not a situation pet or owner likes to be in but you made it as smooth as possible.
