Had a exceptional service today took my fur baby for an operation and after being book into the wrong practice the staff on reception we so compassionate, They could see I was stressed and there was definitely some confusion they managed to get things arranged and crisis was averted. My fur baby is doing great thanks to all the staff involved Thanks you all ❤️

We can’t thank the team at Rutland Priors hall enough for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they provided during one of the most heartbreaking times for our family. Having to say goodbye to our beloved puppy for very sensitive reasons… was an incredibly emotional experience, but every member of staff treated us — and our pup — with such kindness, dignity, and understanding. Their gentle approach and genuine empathy helped us feel supported throughout the process. The hand-written card they sent afterwards was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that meant more than words can say. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing not just professional veterinary care, but true compassion. When the time comes to welcome a new puppy into our lives, we’ll definitely be returning to them. X

The staff are extremely friendly who met us with a really warm welcome. The Vet was just as friendly, had plenty of time for us, so didn't feel we were rushed out if the door, and very thorough. This was our very first visit. A big thanks to everyone at Rutland Vets

If anyone is looking for a good vets locally, I highly recommend Rutland Vets located in Priors Hall. We recently lost our family dog of 14 years and Rutland Vets were amazing. We used to use a different veterinary surgery, but they were extremely dismissive, didn’t seem to show much empathy for our situation when we called and seemed to only really care about our money. A family member recommended Rutland Vets to us when our dog was poorly. They managed to get us in that very day to look over our dog. He received blood tests & scans to determine if there was anything they could do to help and support him. Unfortunately, our pup was too old & unwell for treatment which we had prepared ourselves for anyway. Nevertheless, the care and attention this practice put in to trying to prolong our dogs life was amazing. They were so supportive and gracious in everything that they did. I am so glad that they were recommended to us. You can really see just how much love, passion and care they have for animals and how supportive they were to the owners. I highly recommend signing your pets up here. 💜 thanks for taking care of our Harley through his final hours.

Our dog was very nervous of our old vets,the prices for treatment etc seemed extortionate. We changed to Rutland on a recommendation and he loves it there. He's had an operation there recently and the charges were reasonable. He's been back for a few checkups and still likes going. They are very professional and caring and we're very happy with the service 😀.
