  I found vets for pets to be highly disappointing. The vets did not seem competent, yet they expected full price for a consultation without actually performing a proper assessment. On top of that, they tried to upsell more medications to calm my pet before consulting her again next time , and I was charged triple, which felt excessive and unfair. When I mentioned I had a voucher, they pretended not to know about it, despite me informing them earlier. The reception team were unhelpful and unprofessional in handling the situation. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with the service and cannot recommend this clinic. I’m giving them 1 star (minus) for the lack of competency and poor customer experience. Shame on you.

  Be aware and DO NOT accept a terminal diagnosis from Vets without a second opinion! Vets 4 Pets Corby told us our 7.5-year-old dog ( we been with them since he was a pup) had a fatal blood mass and recommended we put him down immediately to "stop the suffering." They even started discussing cremation options. We refused to give up and took him to a specialist. After a 3-day investigation and biopsy, it turned out to be a bladder stone. A simple surgery saved his life, and he is now healing beautifully, no thanks to this Vets practice! The lack of professional due diligence and the rush to suggest euthanasia is terrifying. We have removed both our dogs from this practice. If we hadn't pushed for a referral, our healthy dog would be gone today. Extremely unprofessional and heartbreaking knowing what could happen and also who knows how many wonderful fur babies been already put down for they wrong diagnosis!!!

  I had to take my dog Theo as an emergency on Saturday 27th December to the vets. We had woken to find he couldn't use his back legs. The team were absolutely amazing and they looked after him very well. We had to take him to Queen's veterinary hospital in Cambridge. Sadly he couldn't be saved and on 30th December he had to be put to sleep. Vets4pets were very caring to us all. They never chased me for payment and when I went in again they were very sad that he had gone. I was given pack to grow seeds and a memorial stake. This morning I received a lovely card from all the staff. I want to say a big thank you to the amazing team there. 🐾❤️

  Very unhappy got charged 500 pounds for an anal gland infection. Which would of taken 5 mins to diagnose if the vet had done a full body check to begin before send my dog off for various tests. Then did the pet insurance wrong sent duplicate Claims in, ended up paying excess two times and they have the gaull to charge an 30 poy

  Staff were so helpful and able to answer all the questions that we had about purchasing a rabbit. They gave us the positive of each breed that they had for sale they also recommend all the things that we would need to care for our new pet. Staff were very friendly making suggestions to sign up for loyalty club to get a discount off our purchases i will definitely return to this store to get more pet purchases
