Big thank you to everyone at Linden House for your recent care of Ivar and Gidget. You were incredibly accommodating with multiple appointments, you are all a pleasure to deal with and the aftercare was and continues to be excellent. Gidget has a long way to go, but I know she's in good hands should we need a 5th visit. Thank you so much for your exceptional level of care and attention. Special thanks to Mr Salazar who we saw today who was incredibly thorough, kind and gentle. I genuinely think she sensed that as she wasnt particularly nervy. Also to Tracie on reception who has been amazingly supportive on the sidelines. 💚👏

Just wanted to pop a post out there to say if you have a pet in this area and are registered with Linden House Veterinary Centre then please be prepared should anything take a turn for the worst out of the blue & whilst your at home. Thursday at 11am we lost our boy in the most tragic, traumatic way. On my own at 6months pregnant with him losing oxygen on my lap, vomiting, having the most intense seizures & his body shutting down… I called Linden House who we are registered with, pay, pay month for.. in utter desperation to do something being literally 5minutes drive away.. I’d pay anything for them to come to me and help at least relieve his struggle for a period until another service could come but ideally help him along his way out of what was the most distressing moment I’ve experienced. I was told, we don’t offer that.. we can’t help, can’t you just bring him here, sorry I dont know what advice to give. Now I truly thought any veterinary practice must have some sort of duty of care, a care to all pets, and at least be willing in desperate moments to do something. I was completely dismissed and they were prepared to let him suffer till the end. I had to wait with him on my lap fighting in pain for an hour until a mobile service could come from Yarmouth. (Which actually were brilliant and if it wasn’t for the pain and struggle he was in & desperation I’d have paid for them time & time again over Linden House who we’d been with for years never treated him with the dignity like Paws Indoors did in the 10’mins they knew him) Please, please, consider this if you have a pet and should anything go wrong & you can’t get there.. you’re on your own no matter how bad it gets.

This is a great vets always there to offer great advice my girl had an allergy once, and they were able to help me over the phone to save me bringing her and even called to keep updated on how she was doing, also she can be a nervous dog but they still try their best with her to get done what’s needed I wouldn’t hesitate to use them anytime.
