Marie went out of her way and helped me very much recently with my poor girl Ginger. She was compassionate, professional and I could tell she really cared. I find Marie's no nonsense approach to be very reassuring, her skill and knowledge are obvious and I was pleased with the care she gave Ginger.

Thank you Maria Hadley, Cherry Tree Vets for carrying out end of life care when my beautiful dog was in crisis. Although out of hours we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. The procedure was carried out with compassion, dignity and expertise for which we are grateful, helping to make our sadness just bearable.

Very very disappointed with our out of hours visit yesterday! To start off with we brought our 17 year old dog in, worried about his health. First comment by a Marie Bouvet was “oh you’ve brought the whole clan” which I thought was extremely rude, when this dog is in fact a huge family member to us so yes we were all prepared to say goodbye! Was just an extremely rude visit with absolutely no sympathy from her behalf on such a hard circumstance. We are not even registered with these vets and without consent she had registered our dog as a new customer and onto her system which then charged us two lots of out of hours which was £280 and a new customer when he is already registered at his own vets, this was just the most local out of hours opened. Very very disappointed with the RUDE service received.

Just took my little jug puppy to this vets, DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. My bonnie is 11 weeks old, still a bit nervous as you would expect, first time in harleston cherry tree vets. I walked in and said "hello, she may need a wee" before I got to finish the "vet" said " well take her outside then" very abruptly. I was straight away put off, I almost walked out. When we went in and it was her my heart sunk. She was rude, rough as anything with her and especially giving her her vaccine omg. Then she started arguing with me about food. Now ive done a month of research on everything about puppies and one food company stood out, fresh food delivered to our door tailored to her needs. 96% of 3 million people rated it the best in the UK, because she offered me her food and I turned it down she stated saying " you believe the Internet over me" then repeated herself about flea and worm treatment. Really patronising. Please if you have never been dont !!!!!!! This vets response is complete lies , 3 people in the building, including the receptionist saw how agitated I was and I don't get agitated over you being polite, I suggest you take long look in the mirror and tell yourself whst really happened!!!!!

Called to register my cat. An appointment was booked 3 weeks ago for her tomsee vet for flea drops. I revived a call today to say that the appointment was cancelled because the vet has somewhere else to be. I asked about days that the vet was there and was told most days but not at all times of the day and not on Thursday as that was her day off and if I had an emergency I would have to pay extra for the vet to come in on her day off. Absolutely appalling. So I cancelled my appointment indefinitely and won't be bringing my cat to you at all, ever.
