  Have had a dog on apoquel for many years..! Managed to reduce the volume needed via other natural products.. But still need this for any major flare ups.. in this instance tree pollen in May. Asked for repeat prescription.. as I have done so many times' Been advised as I have not ordered for over 6 month period, I need an appointment. I assume so they can pat my dog look at her red feet & go yep' all for an additional £46' It's on your record 'she has allergies' It was indeed your practice & the owner whom diagnosed this. Disgusted cause I've spent so much money here over the years' with my 6 dogs & they still want even more when it's totally unnecessary in this instance. Shame I really liked this vets inc the owners

  Great vets, used for both my kittens. Staff are all friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to queries and efficient at being seen. Reception team are always welcoming also.

  Couldn’t thanks these people enough , the receptionists are always lovely and funny and even recognise my dog and say hello and we have had the same veterinary staff member every time she is amazing if only I could remember her name she has short brown hair , she is so attentive and reassuring and always makes sure she explains everything and always does something to reassure us. couldn’t thank everyone enough !

  We have used them a few times for our rabbits Jabs and when one of our rabbits was unwell. They were so helpful they explained everything to us.
