I received an amazing level of service and care from their vet Chris. With a very sick cat, Chris moved quickly and did whatever was necessary to stabilise her, and ultimately bring her back to health. Great to have such a great vet and I think it really helps that they are privately owned and so aren't under a lot of pressure from an owner who is own interested in revenue and profits.

I never leave reviews but its warranted today. The Cholsey branch took care of my dog Rocky, every single visit he got treats and little cuddles he was always so excited to be there, every single person he met was brilliant. He went last night for the last time and they were exceptional. We stayed right up until close (sorry and thank you!). We were given full access to the treat pot, and had so much time before and after to be alone with him. Every worry we had was answered before we needed to ask. Being talked through every step and warned of all the things that may happen to Rocky was a surprising comfort. I will forever be grateful to the staff here. I also really appreciated the laughs from the vet as we left when he noticed rockys last treat had been sprinkles and fudge coated in gold cake dust. Id like him to know it made us all smile on the way home. For those of you wondering if this is the vets for you I unreservedly say it absolutely is

Took my girls for a Christmas photo shoot. Our local Larkmead is in Wantage but the lovely team spirit seems to exist at every branch. The staff gave our girls lots of cuddles and attention and watched in on their shoot. Thank you for letting us visit we had a great time.

I recently took our dog, Maggie, in for post-op care following her c-section—her second major visit to the vet within a week. Surprisingly, Maggie seemed to enjoy the visit and even got a treat, a dog enjoying a visit to the vets is a first for us! We were able to get an emergency appointment within an hour, and the vet provided all the post-surgery care we needed. The front desk staff were polite and patient throughout. You can really tell that this chain of vets genuinely cares about the animals they treat. Thank you for the excellent service!
