Our first visit to the hospital today with our beautiful girl Charm. I can’t praise the vet, Kate and the student vets, nurse and receptionists enough! So thorough, explained everything to us in terms we understood, and were so kind to our dog, we have decisions to make and Kate assured us she will be there for us and help us with whatever we choose to do! Thank you!

I used Langford vets emergency ooh service last weekend as my 13 year old rabbit needed to be put to sleep. The staff were able to offer us an appointment immediately, were informative and kind throughout the whole process. If I were to get another pet in the future, I would not hesitste in using Langford vets as my main vets. Thank you for being compassionate and helping me through a very difficult situation.

This is a place you really don't want to end up. It means your beloved pet has come a cropper!. However, having found yourself here, you soon realise you're in good hands. Everyone who works here from reception to surgeons has an air of quiet professionalism. The treatment my dog received was fantastic. I don't know if he's going to live or not, but I do know Langford have given him the best possible chance. I don't have a lot of money and my limit was lower than I would have liked it to be but at no time was I made to feel embarrassed talking about money and in fact the treatment came in under budget (so far). If you have a choice, Langford is everything you could wish for when you most need it. The best advice I can give is , if your pet is in need, hand them over to these guys and rest assured, they're in the best hands. Thank you Langford.

Our poor puppy got bitten on the head and it was so traumatic. Langford vets did an amazing job at looking after her and keeping us posted on her progress. She has come leaps and bounds and is a silly little mite. Thank you so much. And here’s a photo of our Cwtch in all her glory :) what a girl and fighter. Thank you Langford.
