  Never experienced such rudeness, listening and lack of empathy ever before at a vets. They were unaware of the appointment made days before & after just weighing & taking temperature charged £204 for an injection that lasts a month for itchiness. Won’t be going there again !

  I can’t believe the whole experience I had at Kew vets in Sawbridgeworth with my new puppy. I went for a routine check up on my puppy’s health and ended up extremely traumatised after Mr Kew decided with no evidence that my puppy had Parva. I have never been so terrified. He didn’t listen to me and it cost me £200 and I didn’t get the check up I went for. This was a crazy experience and I would recommend people steer clear because this vets is an accident waiting to happen.

  Dr Kew, and his team are amazing, at first I was a bit apprehensive, but honestly the care they give our dogs is 5 Star, my dogs are like family to me, and its about the amazing care they get, and I would not easily move. I know sometimes you have to wait awhile or Dr Kew running behind or late, never the less, its always about my pups health and with that in mind there is no better Vet!

  Very abrupt on the phone. Id never use a firm of Vets that start off with a big attitude on the phone like that. Was almost proud they couldn't do nothing for a week!! Chose a firm with empathy guys!!
