Vets, nurses, pharmacy and reception staff who genuinely care about pets. Obviously there are some limiting internal regulations they have to follow so not all the treatment options are avsilable, but I believe those kind-hearted, decent people do everything they can to help pets live good, healthy lives and put pets' wellbeing before high street vet salaries. Thank you for being there for us x

Truly grateful to PDSA for the care they provide. The staff are amazing — kind, compassionate and genuinely passionate about helping animals. They made a stressful situation so much easier and treated my pet like their own.

I would not recommend this practice for euthanasia. My experience was extremely distressing and lacked compassion. The procedure did not match what was stated online, as there was no injection to calm my pet, which appeared to cause him pain. He was taken away moments before euthanasia, leaving me no proper chance to say goodbye. A staff member also made an inappropriate comment regarding my mother’s absence, despite her being unwell. The process felt rushed and impersonal, with little sensitivity shown during an incredibly emotional time. I deeply regret not choosing a private service with greater care and compassion.

We visited the Dickin medal cemetery, although it had a lottery grant to bring it up to scratch it looked a bit neglected again.
