A great welcome to Little Girl and I and her meds were ready for me to collect too. Her monthly arthritis injection and weight check was kindly done and everything organised for her ongoing management of her conditions. I would recommend Highcroft. Many thanks for the care that you give.

We’ve been taking our two dogs to Highcroft Veterinary Group and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. From the moment you walk in, the team are welcoming, kind, and genuinely interested in your pets, which makes such a difference. The vets and nurses are always patient and take the time to explain everything clearly, without rushing you. You never feel like “just another appointment.” They’ve been brilliant with both of our dogs, each with their own personalities, and handle them so calmly and confidently. What really stands out is the level of care and reassurance they give, not just to the animals but to us as owners too. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more worrying, we always leave feeling supported and confident that our dogs are in safe hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional veterinary practice.
