I cannot believe how above and beyond they went when my cat passed away, they didnt pressure me or my wife to hurry alone our goodbyes and gave us all the time we needed to come to grips with the options that were given to us. We were given our cats ashes back today and they did us photos, hair clipping in little glass jars and beautiful pictures of his paw prints that were put in a lovely box. Couldn't thank the staff enough for being so kind and friendly.

Fantastic service at High Croft Vets - Frome. Took our cat in to be neutered but they found an underlying issue with his kidneys. Rachel was fantastic with giving me all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my lovely cats care and the necessary treatments he could have! I'm very pleased with the service, care and attention they have provided today and especially Rachel who treated and looked after our cat. Thank you to the lovely receptionist for also helping to bring our cat to the car (heavily pregnant and had my toddler with me).😊

We've always brought our dogs here over the years because of the loving care and attention they receive from the vets/nurses and receptionists. The present day is no exception. Just recently we had worries with our new Bernese Mountain puppy, Finn, and was told to come in straight away. He's now a lot better and on the mend. A big thank you. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for veterinary care. Would thoroughly recommend!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL VETINERARY PRACTICE. My cat had a biopsy. I received the results and was told he had an allergy to grasses but I would need to pay another £400 + to discover what he was specifically allergic to and then a further £2000 for a vaccine. I declined. I was staying in the area temporarily (with my cat) as my mother was dying and I would prefer to deal with it when we got home. I was then hounded for a payment for £429.30 for the tests I didn't want. The vet called me and told me I had agreed!!! I put my claim through to Petplan for his biopsy and the vet sent back a claim for the " tests" but omitted to send anything regarding Berties biopsy. Petplan paid the bill but sent it to me not to them as they requested. After a long battle with an extremely rude practice manager and a vet, both of which called me liar, I managed to get them to send Berties biopsy details to Petplan and I was finally paid. I have paid £429.30 to the vets as it wasn't mine to keep as I never had the tests done. I would not reccomend this practice to anyone. They are rude, unhelpful and morally reprehensible. Just because we have insurance, it does not give a practice the right to charge insurers for anything they can think of.
