  We took our pooch here to be neutered as our usual CVS vets didn't have particularly great days available for an appointment. On the day, we were greeted by two lovely receptionists, who didn't make us feel at all awkward when the pooch did a little pee in the reception area. The nurse that did the pre-op check was kind and explained everything we needed to know. She was great with the pooch, who had no issues at all following her to the kennel area. I got a little upset leaving him, and both the nurse and receptionist were lovely to me. The operation went quick and when we arrived, the nurse explained aftercare, gave us medication instructions and answered even more questions we had. All in all, the experience was manageable because of the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kind - just what you need when you take your pet to the vets! Thank you so much!!

  We recently had to say goodbye to our loyal best friend of 16 years. Louise Mills looked after her and always gave the most professional loving care we could have wished for. Everyone at the practice have always been super friendly but the kindness we’ve experienced since losing her has made us even more impressed with what a special place this is. Our ‘Queen’ was always super eager to visit and I guess it’s true when they say ‘dogs know’ Thank you to you all from the bottom of our hearts.
