  5 stars simply isn't enough to rate Heronden Vets. The care and treatment King received from Jess and the entire team deserve so much more. From fitting King in as an emergency appointment to the compassion, kindness and professionalism shown throughout, we couldn't have asked for better care. Jess took the time to thoroughly assess him and explained everything clearly, while treating King with such genuine love and compassion. Less than 24 hours ago, I was terrified I was going to lose him. Thanks to the incredible treatment he received, today I've watched him stand, drink, eat and even take his first steps. Seeing that progress has been nothing short of amazing. I will never be able to thank Jess and the team enough for everything they did for King. Their dedication, expertise and genuine care meant the world to us during one of the most frightening experiences we've ever faced. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. I would recommend Heronden Vets to anyone without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We were on holiday at Camber Sands when our Frenchie became unwell, after a quick conversation with the wonderful receptionists an appointment was made and within the hour we were at the surgery, the surgery was bright and ozed cleanliness. The vet was very welcoming and kind, our dog was treated and she volunteered to treat our dog in the future, we are from london and I would definitely do the travel with my dog when he is unwell. I cannot recommend this vet enough Thank you everyone at Heronden Vets

  I’ve tried many vets over the years and this one surpasses all of them. Their customer service, fairness & friendliness is second to none. It’s rare to find a vets so pragmatic and sensible. They don’t try to ‘sell’ me anything and their prices are fair. I’ve never felt ripped off like my old vets! It can be stressful when our pets are ill but Heronden is like visiting a spa run by friends! So calming and I trust them with my beloved pets.

  First visit to Heronden today with our 13yr old lab Susie. Such a lovely welcome from the receptionists and vet Franco. So glad we've changed vets as the atmosphere and the way we were treated at Heronden today was a million times better than the last practice we went to. Thankyou for making us all feel like we can trust a veterinary practice again.

  I couldn't be happier with Heronden Veterinary Practice. I moved here after feeling some of the actions from my previous vets were increasing my dog's anxiety and told Heronden this before moving. They were so gentle & understanding with my dog (and me!) on our first visit that I was delighted to have moved. Subsequent visits have only increased my satisfaction with them and knowledge that moving was the right thing to do. All members of staff I have encountered, from receptionists to nurses to vets all clearly have a love of animals and want to make a fuss of yours, which understandably makes the animals feel more comfortable.
