  All the staff are lovely and I completely trust them with the care of my dog. When she has had to stay in i receive regular updates and photos. The compassion they showed when my guinea pig died was excellent and they always go above and beyond

  After a bad experience at a previous vets, I decided as a lot of friends and family come here to switch my two frenchies to Henlow. From the start all the staff have been very friendly and welcoming and reassured me about my pets health, my appointments are no longer quick and dismissive like before. I love the fact that Henlow provides services e.g. 24 hour emergency. They really care about their customers and their animals and it has been such a breath of fresh air to come here. Thank you so much for taking us into your care I enjoy to spend the rest of our time as a member here.

  Out of 5 stars this place deserves a 10 ! My German shepherd is very nervous, he is big and strong and petrified of vets. All staff was patient and welcoming and made him feel reassured and calm. Cannot recommend enough, thank you Henlow Vet team 💙

  Two years ago, my dog Ruby joined Henlow Vets terrified of any vet visit. Thanks to Dee and Laura’s extensive experience, patience, and genuine love for dogs, she has come on leaps and bounds. Ruby no longer shakes in the waiting room and now greets them both with a wagging tail. The desensitisation visits are something I would highly recommend for anyone with a nervous dog, regardless of age. Today, Ruby had her second vaccination without any pre-medication and was calm, trusting, and fully aware throughout the process. I can’t recommend Henlow Vets highly enough. The care, understanding, and dedication they’ve shown Ruby have made an incredible difference to her confidence and wellbeing. Thank you both 😊

  Had to take my dog to an emergency appointment on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by a lovely nurse, who had put on the air con for Bert, due to him being stressed and his breed (it was also a hot day). We saw Alex (vet), and wow, such a gentle and kind young lady and was so good with Bert, we both felt at ease. Cannot recommend Henlow Vets enough, thank you to you both.
