Graylands is a really special place - thanks so much Joanna, Hazel and Holly for your amazing treatment, care and follow up during what has been a stressful time. With both my cats having dental issues I feel so reassured by Joanna's wealth of knowledge and experience in this area, and know they are in the best hands possible. My cats seemed so much more relaxed and happy during their appointments - the waiting area and how they are treated with such sensitivity in the consulting room makes such a difference. You are all amazing and I feel so lucky to have found you! Highly recommend.

They've been incredible from start to finish. We brought my boy Logan in who was displaying signs of urinary crystalisation and I cannot stress how efficient and caring they were. We then brought both Logan and Loki in for their annual boosters and set them up on Graylands pet plan. Loki is extremely nervous at the vets and Joanna knew exactly how to handle him. Sadly, Logan had to go in due to lethargy and severe weight loss - I can't put into words how incredible the ladies were. Joanna is beyond informative. She was able to diagnose him there and then, expedite blood tests and sample as well as get us referred to Lumbry Park to see a cancer specialist the next day. Sadly Logan is no longer with us. In his last moments we met with Holly for the first time, who ensured Logan was as comfortable as possible in his last few moments. She talked through every step and provided the emotional support Logan and I needed all the way through. At no stage have we ever felt rushed in our appointments, to make any decisions, never struggled to get through or felt rushed during an appointment etc. The location is fantastic, the reception is a nice calming environment and it is hard to miss the exceptional level of cleanliness within the building. The level of care, attentiveness, expertise from the first call through to Logan's final moments has been exceptional. We look forward to many years in future of using Graylands Cat Clinic for Loki and any other cats we have the pleasure of have as part of our family, in future. I can't recommend Graylands Cat Clinic enough.

I’m so grateful my cat sitter recommended Graylands Cat Clinic. From the very first visit, I felt such relief knowing my young cat Arnie was finally being truly seen and cared for. The clinic is calm, beautiful, and clearly designed with cats in mind, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. The team are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. During Arnie’s first dental, I received reassuring updates and even a photo, which meant the world to me. The follow-up care was just as thoughtful. Their cat-only expertise, gentle handling, and zero-pain approach give me complete trust that Arnie is in the very best hands. Being on their health plan has also been a huge comfort — it includes free access to the VidiVet app, which allowed me to get advice from real vets online when the clinic was closed. That extra support was incredibly reassuring. A special thank you to Dr Joanna for her warmth, thoroughness, and tenderness with my very timid little boy. I couldn’t recommend Graylands Cat Clinic more highly to any cat guardian 🐾💙

Graylands Cat Clinic is the only place to take your cats. I've had cat all my life and have built my own fur family since 2016. I've been to a few different vets in the local area and they've all been okay. We had one amazingly wonderful vet when our fur boy died in 2023, but he was based in Forest Row at the "nearest" out of hours practice. As soon a we heard about Graylands we moved our babies over to them and have not regretted it since. Poppet is an older girl having just turned 10, she gets her annual checks and they're so gentle and understanding when she visits. They keep her there to calm her down and ensure she's not stressed when testing and I love that. There is never any rush and the care is out of this world. We have taken our tiny boy Dougie there for jabs and some early medication for his anger and anxiety issues which worked well. Joanna's knowledge and understanding is incredible. She explains everything in a way that you understand and feel confident in her decisions. When Dougie managed to break his hip in the Summer last year they gave him the best care possible. We were not worried about leaving him there to be treated as absolutely every member of staff treats your babies with the love and care they would their own. Dougie has made a really good recovery and it's all thanks to Joanna, the specialist surgeon they brought in especially from London and every single team member there. Thank you to Joanna, Hazel, Amy, Holly, Sarah (these are the ones I've had the pleasure of meeting so far) and absolutely everyone else who works hard to ensure all the cats that come in have the best care and love they need. Not all heroes wear capes, some are just covered in cat fur 24/7. Here's to many more years of top notch care and support! Harriet & Jason

Highly recommend Graylands. Joanna and her team are friendly and professional (and it’s obvious they love cats). Everything is geared towards the cats’ health and well being. The reception area and consulting rooms are quiet and calm with lots of time devoted to the consultation.
