My cat needed dental work done, Coco was really well looked after, they phoned before the weekend to check he was ok, even though he was booked in for his check on monday.
Read on Google →Excellent service and even in the hardest time to letting our dog cross the rainbow bridge, the vet and nurse were sympathetic and allowed us to say our final good bye, the aftercare was excellent as we received the paperwork same day as I needed to notify DEFRA, the plus side was we received her paw prints today so we can put them in a frame with pictures of our beloved Harlequin. When we decide to get another dog will definitely register the dog you.
Read on Google →We've been very happy clients of the Grange for over twenty years and feel incredibly lucky that they're local to us, especially given that they provide their own emergency care, 24/7. All the vets who have treated our cats have been so 'human', they always listen to us and work with us to determine the best care for our pets and they're often a good laugh too! The nurses and admin team have all always been wonderful too, they are so kind and caring. Whether I've needed a routine appointment or have phoned them at 5:30am, in floods of tears, because our cat had suddenly lost the use of his back legs and was screaming in pain when touched (it turned out to be an incredibly dramatic case of trapped wind 🤦🏻♀️) the whole team have been brilliant and we've always felt supported by them. A truly fantastic veterinary practice
Read on Google →Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. We've never had a problem getting an appointment and feel the prices are much more reasonable compared to other local vets, without compromising on the level of care provided for our dog.
Read on Google →**Take your pet elsewhere if you care about them** This is an awful practice with some truly incompetent vets. Dr Jordan Roberts completely misdiagnosed the symptoms of, and failed to treat, a basic cat scratch to our dog. Furthermore, he pursued a completely different diagnosis and treatment of SRMA, despite it being a million to 1 possibility based on our dog's past history and age of 11 (Google it). The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons have accepted our case and are now investigating him and the practice for ‘serious professional misconduct’, but this investigation won’t be completed for up to 6 months. Our beloved greyhound nearly died as a result of the above and it was only our objections and insistence that eventually saw him get the treatment he actually needed, and stop the treatment he didn’t need, which was making him worse! Dr Andy Wignall the practice manager, despite acknowledging in writing the misdiagnosis, refused to refund any of the unnecessary treatments. The case was referred to the VDS who, unsurprisingly, were not neutral and sided with the practice. In summary, they stated that ‘any vet’ would NOT necessarily treat a cat scratch straight away with antibiotics, which is utter tripe (again, Google it). Photo is of our boy before Dr Jordan 'the butcher' Roberts laid hands on him.
