I had to get my dog put down here on Friday, and the vet that did it was very supporting, made sure we had enough time to say goodbye and was extremely kind and patient. She let us know everything she was doing and talked us through it. She brought out some towels and blankets for Lacey and explained how things would go once she had gotten the anaesthetic. At the end, she offered for some of the nurses to get us paw prints in a small card to take home with us. Not a pleasant experience but as pleasant as they could have made it.
Read on Google →Had to use a few times. And emergency also. As the emergency was out of hours I was directed to the animal hospital. They had called ahead to say I was coming over. The receptionist was good at her job and the vets where 10/10. I came back in the morning to collect my dog all better again
Read on Google →Excellent. Emma really helped us. Our wee Pug Leia was suffering a lot back legs going blind in her right eye then this morning her wee front leg went & she couldn't stand. We loved her so much & didn't want her to suffer. We'll miss her so much.

Read on Google →Dump of a place was told because my dog hasn't visited in the last 3 years it would need to be re registered and they aren't taking on any more pets. They let the nurse check her foot she said there may be a foreign object stuck in the foot but she can't do anything and I can't see a vet I was sent away.
