I won't go on to details but it involved a blue suzuki car and a partridge, just wanted to say how brilliant this vets is... Called explained the problem and they didn't hesitate, said could I get there straight away which I did. The ladies that helped with the problem were so kind and helpful. If your thinking about a vets for your pets you won't find a better practice with very caring vets, nurses and front of house staff. Thanks again.

Managed to get an appointment at the time I wanted and was warmly greeted by the reception staff. We saw Andrew who was very good with Sully and took his time with him. In no way did we feel rushed even though we were the last appointment of the day. Very well looked after and for Sully a very pleasant experience even if he couldn't work out the roombot hoovering up!

Always a warm happy greeting from the reception team especially Alexis at Galedin Kelso. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Andrew Robinson our vet puts you immediately at ease and is wonderful with my old anxious dog Charlie. Andrew is an exceptionally experienced and skilled vet. He is very thorough with his treatment and is happy to have a chat so you so you never feel rushed. I thoroughly trust and would recommend Galedin.

Very prompt appointment. Very thorough but kind Vet although both dogs were anxious!! Were given advice about teeth and the adverse affect of treats. Overall a really good visit. I just feel in general Vets bills are expensive but the visit was not at all rushed and the Vet was very good with both dogs and took time to compliment us on their good behaviour.

Fantastic first visit and everyone from reception to the vet himself were very helpful. We came away feeling confident that we had found a great veterinary practice and look forward to many happy visits with our rescue cat Bella. The care and attention was first class.
